Job summary

Alchemy is seeking a Senior Ecosystem Marketing Manager to own and scale its presence across the Web3 ecosystem. You will develop strategies with chains, infrastructure providers, and enterprise partners, turning relationships into joint campaigns, thought leadership, and broad distribution.

You will maintain relationships with leading institutions and channel partners, driving campaigns and events that advance Alchemy's GTM and revenue objectives while staying ahead of blockchain trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ecosystem/partner marketing experience.
• Existing relationships across Web3 ecosystem.
• Proven ability to develop ecosystem/partner marketing strategy.
• Experience executing joint campaigns with ecosystem partners.
• Strong understanding of blockchain across L1s/L2s, DeFi, and developer tooling.
• Familiarity with TradFi onchain adoption.
• Knowledge of agentic commerce and AI-powered onchain transactions.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the ecosystem marketing strategy across chain partnerships, infrastructure partners, channel partners (e.g., AWS), and key customers spanning Web3 native and TradFi verticals.
• Build and deepen strategic relationships with ecosystem players, including chains, protocols, technology partners, and enterprise customers, to create mutual distribution opportunities.
• Design and execute joint campaigns, co-branded content, co-hosted events, and thought leadership programs that amplify Alchemy's brand across partner channels and audiences.
• Drive ecosystem distribution at scale by identifying and activating opportunities to leverage partner channels to expand Alchemy's reach and brand awareness.
• Host and coordinate thought leadership workshops, panels, and executive roundtables with key ecosystem players to reinforce Alchemy's position as the foundational infrastructure layer for onchain development.
• Monitor TradFi-to-onchain movement and identify marketing opportunities at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Content to align ecosystem efforts with GTM and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive ecosystem map and track partnership health, pipeline, and impact.
• Report on ecosystem marketing performance with clear metrics and insights to leadership.
