Job summary

Alchemy is seeking a Senior Ecosystem Marketing Manager to own and scale our presence across Web3, spanning chains, infrastructure providers, channel partners, customers, and new verticals. The role sits at the intersection of relationships and distribution, turning partnerships into high-impact co-marketing programs and campaigns.

You will develop strategy across Web3 native partners and TradFi onchain adopters, coordinating cross-functionally to align GTM and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecosystem/partner/strategic marketing within crypto, blockchain, or developer infra.
• Proven track record developing ecosystem/partner marketing strategy at scale.
• Strong relationships across Web3 ecosystem with costumers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own ecosystem marketing strategy across chain, infra, and channel partners.
• Build strategic relationships with chains, protocols, technology partners, and enterprise customers.
• Design and execute joint campaigns, co-branded content, events, and leadership programs.
• Drive ecosystem distribution by leveraging partner channels to expand reach and brand awareness.
• Host and coordinate thought leadership workshops and executive roundtables with key players.
• Monitor TradFi onchain adoption and identify marketing opportunities at the intersection with Web3.
