Job summary

EY is seeking an Engagement Business Advisor (Senior Associate) within the US P2C Finance team in a hybrid work environment. You will own engagement financials, provide data-driven guidance to Partners and Directors, and manage risks across the engagement lifecycle.

You will apply policy knowledge, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure accurate billing, revenue, and compliance. Strong finance acumen and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engagement level financial analysis, including pricing, budget vs. actual, and estimates to complete.
• Identify financial risks or trends, communicate impacts, and recommend actions for revenue recognition, margin, billing, and collections.
• Maintain high-quality data and CRM hygiene, monitor for gaps and process risks.
• Lead and coordinate client and engagement acceptance activities, including independence and conflict processes.
• Draft engagement contracts and related documents (SOWs, NDAs) with risk awareness for commercial outcomes.
• Support full engagement lifecycle by coordinating agreements, ensuring launch readiness, and managing closeout and financial processes.
