Extend is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Client Insights team and drive impact across analytics, product, and merchant success. You will translate data into business cases and ROI analyses, collaborating with sales, product, and Merchant Success to support renewals and expansions.

The role blends data, strategy, and client interaction to maximize merchant partnerships and growth. With a focus on ecommerce brands, you will work closely with product and engineering to enhance the platform

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in business analytics, BI, or technical account management.
• Strong SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau skills with ecommerce/consumer brands background.
• Excellent communication and self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Translate data and analysis into business cases, pricing models, and financial narratives for sales and merchants.
• Build ROI analyses with Merchant Success to support renewals and expansions.
• Work with product and engineering to improve the platform using product data.
