Job summary

The West Virginia Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) Data Analyst will manage program data and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs, translating complex analytics into actionable insights for program improvement. This on-site role requires strong knowledge of the US healthcare system and CMS data structures.

Responsibilities include leading federal/state reporting efforts, data governance with external partners, and providing technical assistance to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; master’s preferred.
• 3 years of data analysis or business intelligence experience, preferably in US healthcare/public sector.
• 2 years of federal/state reporting experience (CMS data, HRSA grants).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain program data across RHTP initiatives, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor KPIs and program outcomes.
• Lead data collection and submission for federal and state reports with compliance.
• Support data sharing governance with external partners, ensuring privacy and security standards.
• Collaborate with program managers to define and measure performance against goals.
• Translate analytics into clear, actionable reports and presentations for leadership.
