Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Ability to prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders and agencies.
• Knowledge of grant writing, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Understanding of policy, regulations affecting economic development.
• Experience in local or regional government is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage redevelopment programs and opportunities within unincorporated Clark County.
• Coordinate and promote economic development initiatives with stakeholders.
• Prepare professional reports, proposals, and presentations.
