Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Related Field) required.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years related work experience is required.

• Lead and supervise TEDC staff and initiatives to advance economic development.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and strategic work plans.
• Coordinate incentives, agreements, and partnerships with legal and city personnel.
• Engage with businesses and community partners to attract investment and jobs.
