Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or public administration with leadership experience.

• Knowledge of financial analysis, long-range planning, and incentives/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic execution of the city’s economic development plan.
• Oversee day-to-day programs supporting the plan and community vision.
• Manage marketing campaigns for recruitment, site promotion and outreach.
• Evaluate and structure economic development incentives and agreements.
• Represent the city at civic and business events and coordinate with boards.
