Job summary

Lennox is seeking an eCommerce Techno-Functional Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of scalable business solutions. You will gather requirements, translate user journeys into practical designs, and write technical user stories for engineering teams.

Lead full-stack work across Angular/React, Java/Spring Boot, APIs, and integrations to modernize our B2B platforms. The role requires 8+ years in IT with enterprise experience, strong UI and backend expertise, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• 8 years IT experience in enterprise B2B eCommerce and tech leadership.
• Strong full-stack skills: Angular, React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Experience with secure, scalable microservices and enterprise integrations.
• Familiar with GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted development, and agentic workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end techno-functional delivery, including requirements gathering, technical user stories, workflows, APIs, integrations, estimation, dependencies, risk assessment, hands-on development, testing, release readiness.
• Provide functional leadership and hands-on full stack technical leadership across Angular, React, Java, Spring Boot, APIs, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Design and develop secure, scalable full stack solutions using Angular, React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Maintain hands-on technical involvement through code and API reviews, prototypes, configuration validation, troubleshooting, defect triage, testing, and release-readiness support.
• Guide engineering teams on architecture standards, secure coding, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, performance, scalability, and cloud-ready practices.
• Communicate solution options, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations clearly to business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, QA, operations, and leadership.
• Embed GitHub Copilot and responsible AI practices across requirements, coding, testing, documentation, reviews, and troubleshooting; design agentic workflows with guardrails.
