Job summary

Lennox International in Richardson, TX, is seeking an experienced eCommerce Techno-Functional Lead to own end-to-end delivery of scalable B2B solutions using Angular/React and Java/Spring Boot. You will translate business needs into concrete technical user stories and guide engineering teams through design, development, and release readiness.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, security, AI-assisted development with GitHub Copilot, and active collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience in enterprise B2B eCommerce and techno-functional leadership.
• Hands-on development with Angular/React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Experience with microservices, enterprise integrations, security, and scalable architectures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to lead business/technical discussions.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, and responsible validation of AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end techno-functional delivery, including requirements, user stories, workflows, APIs, integrations, estimation, risk assessment, and release readiness.
• Provide functional and hands-on full-stack leadership across Angular, React, Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and integrations.
• Design and develop secure, scalable full-stack solutions using modern UI and backend frameworks; drive modernization initiatives.
• Review code, prototypes, and API designs; support testing, troubleshooting, and release readiness.
• Mentor teams on architecture standards, secure coding, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-ready practices.
• Communicate options, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Embed Copilot and AI practices across requirements, coding, testing, and documentation.
