Lennox is seeking a skilled Techno‑Functional Lead to drive end‑to‑end B2B eCommerce initiatives using Angular/React, Java/Spring Boot, and REST APIs. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, own critical APIs and integrations, and guide teams on architecture, security, and CI/CD practices.

The role demands 8+ years in IT with enterprise experience, strong frontend and backend expertise, and a focus on AI‑assisted development.

Qualifications

8 years of IT experience in enterprise B2B eCommerce and techno‑functional leadership.
Strong hands‑on full stack development with Angular, React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
Experience with GitHub Copilot, generative AI, AI‑assisted development and responsible validation of AI outputs.

Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end techno‑functional delivery, including requirements, user stories, design, APIs, integrations, estimation, risk assessment, development, testing, and release readiness.
Provide functional leadership and hands‑on full‑stack technical leadership across the stack and modernization initiatives.
Design and develop secure, scalable full‑stack solutions using Angular, React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, microservices and REST APIs.
