Job summary

Health-E Commerce is looking for a Sr. Ecommerce Manager to spearhead our ecommerce and personalization strategy. This key role will develop and execute strategies for FSAstore and HSAstore, aiming to optimize revenue through enhanced site metrics.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of ecommerce experience, proven hands-on personalization skills, and a strong analytical background. This position offers a fully remote work environment across the U.S. and a compensation of $120,000 - $150,000.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of ecommerce experience, with 2+ years on a 2,000+ SKU site.
• Hands-on experience with personalization engines and dynamic segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce strategy for FSAstore and HSAstore.
• Build personalized experiences to increase revenue.
