Job summary

Citizen Watch America is seeking a Senior Manager, Ecommerce Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of its direct-to-consumer ecommerce ecosystem. You will own production support, issue triage, release coordination, and vendor/internal communications to ensure reliable platform performance across multiple websites.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain digital platforms and ecosystems (ecommerce websites, apps, etc.).
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or a comparable enterprise ecommerce platform is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own production support and issue management for the ecommerce platforms.
• Coordinate releases and communicate with vendors and internal teams.
• Oversee six websites: Citizen, Bulova, Accutron, Alpina, Frederique Constant, and Company Store.
• Optimize platform stability, performance, and the customer experience.
