Flywheel is seeking an experienced eCommerce Media Manager to join our Client Services team. This role leads client engagements, grows campaigns across Amazon and emerging platforms, and drives proactive strategies to increase sales and client value.

You will manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and mentor junior team members while communicating with senior clients to deliver measurable results.

Formación

• 4 years of account management experience.
• Digital marketing and analytics experience.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
• Detail-oriented with good project management and deadlines.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and Amazon advertising.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Innovative, independent thinker with data-driven approach.
• Thrives in dynamic, demanding environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily client engagements and drive strategy discussions.
• Plan and develop a budget with campaigns delivered to KPIs.
• Provide guidance on product optimizations for success.
• Manage keyword selection and optimal bid levels.
• Develop daily/weekly/monthly reporting and insights.
• Establish key metric reports and communicate campaign results.
• Analyze customer shopping behavior for better outcomes.
• Manage promotional planning calendar for campaigns.
• Drive strategy discussions with clients and lead bi-weekly calls.
• Develop specialists toward a Media Manager role.
• Monitor budget pacing daily and review activity.
• Collaborate with Retail on full-service engagements.
• Educate clients on best-in-class strategy.
• Identify new opportunities and resolve issues promptly.
• Travel required based on client needs.
