Beauty 4U is launching a new ecommerce platform in the DC area, seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead from pre-launch to a scalable online flagship. You will own day-to-day operations, optimize the customer experience, and drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies.

In this hybrid role based in the DC region, you will partner with the CEO and cross-functional teams to design trading strategies, optimize product merchandising, and implement real-time tactics during promotions, with

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6–8 years of progressive ecommerce experience in direct-to-consumer retail.
• Strong familiarity with Shopify Plus and converting data into revenue growth.
• Experience coordinating with marketing, finance, and operations to optimize online performance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the digital P&L and trading strategies to maximize online revenue.
• Manage online catalog, product merchandising, and UX optimization.
• Lead promotional planning and reactive selling during campaigns.
• Drive site feature improvements and tech enhancements to boost conversions.
• Forecast revenue with CEO and finance using traffic and campaign data.
• Oversee ecommerce content and ensure brand-aligned assets online.
• Produce weekly performance reports covering traffic, funnels, and revenue.
• Coordinate with warehouse for efficient fulfillment of online orders.
• Own customer service for digital channel, including returns and inquiries.
