We are hiring for a Director, Commerce that can demonstrate thought leadership with clients by developing and presenting client industry market research findings, eCommerce search trends, eCommerce growth areas, and new models to consider will be important. As partnerships are key to innovation, this person will be a strategic consultant for the client when reviewing their strategy for display and retail search partners. Being a retail leader of the agency team and stewarding the daily client commerce lead relationships. They will forge new paths in working with (and breaking down barriers with) the walled gardens. The candidate will also bring forth thoughts on new ways to measure commerce-based campaigns beyond immediate return on ad spend.
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
