You will oversee omni-channel growth, manage external agencies, and craft AI-ready, SEO-optimized product pages while building robust dashboards to track ROAS, TACOS, and conversions. This role mentors the E‑Commerce Manager and shapes the digital growth roadmap.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in e-commerce, performance marketing, or digital brand management.
• Proven ability to scale revenue on Amazon and other retail channels.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead omni-channel growth across major e-commerce platforms and drive revenue objectives.
• Oversee external agency partners, setting clear metrics and accountability.
• Direct content optimization for SEO/AEO across product pages and brand properties.
• Develop analytics dashboards to provide actionable KPI insights to leadership.
• Strategically manage budgets across growth channels for maximum impact.
• Mentor an E-Commerce Manager and help expand the digital growth team.
