Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Ecological Risk Assessor to support our Federal Programs Team across multiple offices, including Atlanta, GA. You will collaborate with the risk assessment and toxicology practice to plan and execute projects, prepare risk assessments for EPA and state programs, and contribute to stakeholder outreach.

Qualifications

B.S. in Toxicology or Biology; 10+ years in ecological risk assessments.
Extensive knowledge of ecological risk assessment principles and USEPA CERCLA.
Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate with clients and regulators.
Experience scoping, managing, and conducting CERCLA process stages.
Strong communication with stakeholders and conference presenters.

Responsibilities

Direct and supervise technical assignments and manage projects.
Lead ecological risk assessment writing for proposals and projects.
Interact with clients and regulators to scope assessments and communicate results.
Provide technical review to ensure regulatory compliance.
Travel occasionally for projects, conferences, or training.
