Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret Clearance prior to starting.
• A current/active clearance is not required to be considered for the position, but a final clearance is required to start
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in ECAD design
• 3 years of experience with people management, leading a technical drafting/design team, including workload management, performance reviews, and employee development/coaching.
• 3 years of experience leading a high performing team (technical, Integrated Product Team Lead, Agile, or functional management)
• 7 years of experience working with printed wiring board or circuit card assembly design, layout, drawings, or other technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day workload of the ECAD drafting team and meet schedules.
• Interface with program teams, perform staffing and workload forecasting.
• Lead process improvement and roadmap development for the team.
• Mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and support career development.
