Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive heavy civil earthwork and grading experience.
• Prior role as Superintendent, General Foreman, or Dirt Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of mass excavation, cut/fill, compaction, subgrade, grading.
• Proficient in plan, cross-section, elevation, and grade-reading.
• Experience with GPS/machine-control grading systems.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and earthwork production.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and foremen.
• Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills.
