Job summary

Capital Paving & Construction Llc is seeking an experienced Dirt/Grading Superintendent to lead earthwork and grading operations on heavy civil projects. You will coordinate Foremen, crews, equipment, and trucking to meet production goals and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have extensive heavy civil earthwork experience, a background as a superintendent or dirt foreman, and strong skills in plan reading, GPS-driven grading systems, and coordinating multiple crews.

Qualifications

• Extensive heavy civil earthwork and grading experience.
• Experience as Superintendent, General Foreman, or Dirt Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of mass excavation, cut/fill, compaction, subgrade, and fine grading.
• Proficient plan, cross-section, elevation, and grade-reading skills.
• Experience with GPS/machine-control grading systems.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and earthwork production.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and foremen.
• Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills.
