Job summary

Capital Holding Group in Jefferson City, MO is seeking an experienced Dirt/Grading Foreman to lead earthwork and grading operations on heavy civil projects. You will supervise field crews, coordinate equipment and daily production, and interpret plans and grades to ensure quality results.

Responsibilities include overseeing excavation, cut/fill, compaction, aggregate placement and fine grading works, maintaining safety standards and efficient workflows on site.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have heavy civil earthwork/grading experience.
• Experience leading field crews and managing daily production.
• Strong plan and grade-reading skills.
• Knowledge of GPS/machine-control grading systems.
• Experience operating dozers, excavators, graders, loaders, compactors and other heavy equipment.
• Strong safety, leadership and communication skills.
