Job summary

Capital Holding Group in Jefferson City, MO is seeking an experienced Dirt/Grading Foreman to lead earthwork and grading operations on heavy civil construction projects. You will supervise field crews, coordinate equipment and daily production, interpret plans and grades, and oversee excavation, cut/fill, compaction, aggregate placement and fine grading activities.

The ideal candidate will have heavy civil earthwork/grading experience, crew leadership experience, strong plan and grade-reading
