Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking a Specialist, Subcontractor Integration in East Hartford to lead EVMS integration and program budgeting for F135 and Military Development Programs. You will collaborate with Subcontractor Program Teams, PMO, and engineering customers to provide guidance and robust data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience or Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a minimum of 5+ years of analytical and trending skills.
• U.S. Citizen; ability to access systems/tools restricted to US citizens.

Responsibilities

• Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools and processes through coordination with and guidance to the Subcontractor Program Teams as they develop Subcontractor flow-down and analyze Subcontractor tasks.
• Coordinate and integrate monthly Subcontractor EVMS data supporting the reporting process on various F135 & Military Development Programs.
• Provide project management guidance to the Subcontractor Program Teams to ensure adherence to EVMS guidelines.
• Actively support Subcontractor CAMs in monthly Cost and Schedule Reviews and drive complete and accurate Subcontractor Estimate-At-Completions, Variance Analysis, and robust Risk Management practices.
• Support on-going compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Reviews), including timely follow-up and disposition of various internal and external data requests.
• Prepare for and support Subcontractor Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), participate in Subcontractor IBR CAM interviews and support Pratt & Whitney IBR CAM interviews.
• Strict attention to detail and internal and external customer satisfaction focus is required to ensure the team meets aggressive demands of military compliance programs.
