Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Senior Account Representative (EAP) to join our growing team. The Account Representative – Master's Level Clinician serves as the primary liaison between clients and Acentra Health, providing account management, training facilitation, outreach coordination, and administrative support.

This role delivers educational seminars and wellness programs, partners with internal departments to ensure contractual obligations are met, and provides statewide support through

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field required.
• 2+ years of experience working in account management
• 2+ years of behavioral health, employee assistance programs (EAP), or healthcare experience
• 2+ years of experience presenting trainings, workshops, or educational programs to groups of varying sizes

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between assigned clients and Acentra Health.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate support services to ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Proactively engage clients to promote program utilization, awareness, and satisfaction.
• Support outreach activities and engagement initiatives that strengthen client relationships.
• Coordinate internally with clinical, operational, reporting, marketing, and leadership teams to meet client needs and contractual commitments.
