Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Senior Account Representative (EAP) to join our growing team. The Account Representative – Master’s Level Clinician will serve as the primary liaison between clients and Acentra Health, managing accounts, relationships, trainings, and outreach across Georgia.

The role delivers educational seminars, workshops, and wellness programs, working with internal departments to ensure contractual obligations and client requests are met.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, human services, or related behavioral health field.
• 2+ years of experience working in account management.
• 2+ years of behavioral health or healthcare experience (EAP).
• 2+ years of experience presenting trainings or educational programs to groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage primary liaison with clients and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate education seminars, workshops, trainings, and wellness presentations.
• Support reporting, scheduling, project coordination, and data entry.
• Travel statewide to client sites, conduct onsite visits, and engage in outreach activities.
