EY Consulting is seeking an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program Management Senior Manager to lead large-scale AMI transformations for Power & Utilities clients in North America. You will shape pursuits, deliver multi-workstream programs, and guide governance, change management and vendor coordination across teams and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IS, business or related field.
• Approximately 10+ years of direct AMI program management experience.
• Experience leading large North American AMI deployments across planning, mobilization, delivery and operationalization.
• Consulting experience delivering client engagements under formal commercial constructs.
• Approximately 3+ years of consulting experience with client service delivery and stakeholder management.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance delivery and client work.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMI program management pursuits, including client strategy, solution development, pricing, proposals orals and approvals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders and represent EY in governance forums and pursuit discussions.
• Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, requirements, organizational readiness, field deployment, testing and operationalization.
• Stand up and operate integrated PMOs with governance, RAID, dependency management and executive reporting.
• Manage large, multi-workstream teams and fixed-fee engagement economics including scope, staffing, and risk management.
• Develop AMI delivery methods, reusable assets and coaching for workstream leads.
