Responsibilities

• Supervises and evaluates dispatch staff; manages performance and scheduling.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of 911/medical dispatch for APD/AFRD.
• Maintains incident data, call logs, and performance statistics.
• Trains staff on procedures and protocols; ensures compliance with policies.
