Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in US Supply Chain and E2E Procurement in Atlanta to lead complex transformation engagements and advise senior client stakeholders. The role connects strategy to execution across processes, operating models, technology and data, while guiding multidisciplinary teams and fostering growth in EY’s procurement practice.

You will manage engagement performance, contribute to business development, and travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ten or more years of procurement experience.
• Significant advisory or consulting experience.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Experience leading multi-workstream procurement programs.
• Experience redesigning source-to-pay processes and operating models.
• Experience leading technology-enabled procurement transformations.
• Familiarity with major procurement platforms.
• Experience managing engagement scope, financials, quality and risk.
• Strong executive communication and client leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements from assessment to value realization.
• Redesign procurement processes across category management, sourcing, contracting, purchasing and supplier management.
• Design procurement operating models including governance, capabilities and data.
• Develop procurement technology roadmaps across source-to-pay platforms.
• Apply analytics, automation and AI to procurement decisions.
• Manage multi-workstream programs with scope, staffing and risks.
• Advise senior stakeholders with actionable roadmaps and business cases.
• Support proposals, presentations and negotiations; drive account growth.
• Build trusted client relationships and mentor teams.
