Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain & Operations practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead complex procurement transformations, advising senior client stakeholders and delivering measurable savings and resilience. You will connect strategy to execution across process, operating model, technology, data and service delivery, guiding multi-disciplinary teams.

You will mentor teams, shape proposals, and drive business development while managing client engagement performance and risk. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, economics, technology or related field.
• Ten or more years of relevant procurement experience.
• Significant advisory or consulting experience with external clients.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Experience delivering complex multi-workstream procurement transformations.
• Experience redesigning source-to-pay processes and operating models.
• Experience leading technology-enabled procurement transformations.
• Familiarity with leading source-to-pay platforms and tools.
• Experience managing engagement scope, financials, quality and risk.
• Strong executive communication, client relationships and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements from assessment to value realization.
• Assess and redesign procurement processes across category management, sourcing, contracting, purchasing and supplier management.
• Design procurement operating models including org structure, governance and capabilities.
• Develop procurement technology strategies and roadmaps for source-to-pay platforms.
• Identify opportunities to apply analytics, automation and responsible AI.
• Lead multi-workstream programs with scope, staffing, economics, risks and client experience.
• Advise senior stakeholders and translate issues into practical recommendations and roadmaps.
• Support opportunity development, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop inclusive, high-performing teams.
