Pathpoint, Inc is seeking an Underwriter to join our E&S team, focusing on commercial property and casualty within a defined territory. You will evaluate submissions, quote coverage, and drive profitable growth while meeting monthly and regional targets.

You will work in a fast-paced, remote environment with strong support from our analytics and underwriting platform, collaborate with carrier partners, brokers, and internal teams to secure placement and optimize the book of business.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of E&S underwriting experience in commercial property and casualty
• Strong knowledge of carrier appetite, guidelines, and rating concepts
• Proven track record building relationships with carriers and brokers
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment
• Accountability for production goals and service standards

Responsabilidades

• Own the territory: manage a defined region with renewals and new business underwriting for E&S accounts
• Review submissions for completeness, risk appetite fit, pricing and coverage needs
• Prepare and deliver quotes with clear communication of options and pricing
• Secure binds and complete placement with meticulous documentation
• Work accounts and maintain pipeline visibility to meet service levels
• Partner with carrier underwriters to shape strategy, forms and pricing
• Improve portfolio and platform by reviewing performance and providing insights to Product/Engineering
