Qualifications

• 5+ years of E&O underwriting experience.
• Proven success in building agency relationships and driving profitable growth.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, pricing, and coverage analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, underwrite, and grow profitable E&O business sourced through wholesale distribution partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale brokers to drive opportunities and profitability.
• Review portfolio metrics and market opportunities to optimize distribution strategies.
• Manage an assigned E&O portfolio to achieve growth, retention, and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive portfolio and profit improvement.
• Provide underwriting guidance and market intelligence to wholesale partners.
• Make presentations to wholesale organizations and broker teams to drive business.
