Job summary

LSB Industries is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Technician in El Dorado, AR to support plant operations, installation, and repairs. You will help optimize production efficiency while maintaining safe plant operation and adherence to regulatory standards.

The role requires strong experience with instrumentation, electrical controls, and instrument calibration, with emphasis on reliability and safety in a chemical processing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5–10 years of plant experience preferred.
• Experience with pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, electronic control loops, motor control circuits, low power distribution and high-voltage sub-stations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot plant operations for efficient and reliable performance.
• Repair and install motors, control valves, transmitters, gauges, wiring, switches, and motor control equipment.
• Maintain instrument calibration documentation and ensure proper diagnostic practices.
