Job summary

Albemarle in Magnolia, AR is hiring an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to perform maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems in support of production units. The role is on-site and requires hands-on experience with transmitters, analyzers, valves, and motor controls.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in instrumentation, electronics/electrical, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years field experience in electrical and instrumentation.
• Working knowledge of process instrumentation and motor controls maintenance.
• Excellent people skills; customer focused, and a team player.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays or shift schedule; respond to call outs on a non-routine basis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety tailgate meetings and follow safety work rules.
• Install, maintain and repair instruments, electrical and pneumatic equipment and instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot E&I systems and perform routine PM items.
• Manage time keeping for each work order and report time via SAP.
• Support project implementations by commenting on instrument specifications and drawings.
