Job summary

Walker Lovell Ltd in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to own electrical reliability for a major industrial manufacturing facility and drive improvements that impact plant performance and operating costs.

You will lead equipment upgrades, develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and influence maintenance, operations, and engineering stakeholders while delivering safe, effective technical solutions.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Ideally 10+ years' experience in electrical engineering, maintenance or reliability within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of power distribution and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

Drive electrical reliability across major plant equipment and power distribution systems.
Lead equipment upgrades and engineering improvement projects.
Develop preventative and predictive maintenance strategies using root cause analysis and reliability-centred maintenance.
Identify and deliver efficiency improvements, optimising electrical infrastructure and long-term operating costs.
