Job summary

Delek US Holdings, a refinery-focused energy company, seeks an E&I Reliability Engineer to maintain and improve safety, environmental, and reliability performance across refinery assets. You will lead PM/PdM strategies, support SIS lifecycle, and champion process safety improvements.

The role requires a 4-year degree and 4+ years in Oil & Gas or related fields, with strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years Oil & Gas or related experience required.
• Knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and analyzer reliability.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, ISA/API standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to improve reliability and safety.
• Maintain E&I asset reliability programs and documentation.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Support SIS lifecycle management and PHA/LOPA reviews.
• Develop test plans, calibration, and equipment performance metrics.
