Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced E&I Quality Control Manager with data center project experience to lead the E&I quality program across assigned divisions and sites. This role supports heavy industrial, oil and gas, energy, and EPC construction work throughout the Permian Basin and other project locations.

The ideal candidate has strong E&I construction expertise, practical NEC and NFPA 70E knowledge, and a proven track record in leading quality personnel,

Qualifications

• Must have strong E&I construction experience.
• Experience leading QA/QC teams and managing inspections.
• Familiar with NEC and NFPA 70E requirements.
• Experience supporting ITPs, quality checklists, NCRs and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Manage the E&I QA/QC program for assigned divisions and projects.
• Lead QA/QC personnel performing audits, inspections, surveillance, testing, and documentation.
• Interpret contract quality requirements, drawings, specifications, and inspection/testing requirements.
• Support inspection and test plans, quality checklists, turnover packages, NCRs, corrective actions, punch lists, and quality records.
• Coordinate third‑party E&I testing agencies and support testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.

Electrical & Instrumentation Quality Control Manager to manage the E&I quality program across assigned divisions and projects. This role will support heavy industrial, oil and gas, energy, and EPC construction work throughout the Permian Basin and other project locations.

The ideal candidate will have strong E&I construction experience, practical NEC and NFPA 70E knowledge, and proven experience leading quality personnel, managing inspection/testing activities, resolving field quality issues, and maintaining project quality documentation.
