Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an Oil & Gas Electrical and Instrumentation Program Manager to lead large, multi-project initiatives in Houston or Odessa, TX. You will own safety, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of E&I facilities.

You will direct teams through mobilization, execution, commissioning and closeout, oversee power distribution, instrumentation, and PLC/DCS systems, and coordinate brownfield tie-ins, shutdowns, and turnarounds while

Qualifications

10+ years in oil & gas construction with progressive leadership.
Experience in upstream, midstream, gas processing, refining or LNG facilities.
Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, P&IDs, estimates and cost reports.

Responsibilities

Own safety, schedule, cost, margin and client satisfaction across your project portfolio.
Lead teams through mobilization, execution, commissioning, turnover and closeout.
Oversee power distribution, switchgear, MCCs, instrumentation, controls and PLC/DCS systems.
Coordinate brownfield tie-ins, shutdowns, turnarounds and operating-facility work.
Drive weekly project health reviews and lead recovery planning on distressed projects.
Coach and develop project managers, construction managers and superintendents.
