Qualifications

• Must be a United States Citizen.
• Hands-on programming experience in the systems environment used.
• At least two years of directly applicable programming experience.
• At least three years of overall programming experience, including large-scale DBMS.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree in CS or information management/tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop, modify, and maintain a complex program.
• Translate program requirements into program code.
• Test, debug, and refine programs per written specifications.
• Revise programs to increase efficiency and reduce operating time.
• Develop data entry screens and user interfaces; implement standardized reports; create ad hoc reports as required.
