Ouster Inc. is seeking an execution‑focused Senior E‑Commerce & Web Operations Manager to co‑own our web store platform and corporate digital presence as we grow our direct online channel.

You will drive the self‑service adoption for our REV8 sensors, manage SKU content and pricing, and unify Ouster.com with Stereolabs.com while collaborating across US and France teams. This role emphasizes speed, efficiency, and impact.

Competenze

• 5+ years owning e‑commerce and/or web operations within relevant tech sectors.
• Hands‑on admin experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus, catalog management, and checkout flows.
• Proven experience with Sanity or other headless CMS platforms and managing web design/build projects.
• Led at least one domain consolidation or site migration with SEO preserved.
• demonstrated track record of agency management with budgets and timelines, including keeping spend in line.
• Pragmatic operator who prioritizes execution and speed‑to‑market over perfection.
• Comfortable working across time zones with teams in US and France.

• Co‑Own Project Delivery: partner with cross‑functional teams to launch and run the webstore.
• Playbook Execution: adopt the operational ecommerce workflow using Shopify and our implementation partner.
• Catalog Management: own SKU onboarding, pricing, bundles, and product content for REV8 sensors and components.
• Revenue & Self‑Service Growth: build campaigns and flows to drive self‑serve revenue.
• Performance Reporting: define and report webstore KPIs to drive improvements.
• Website Unification: lead content migration and redirects to consolidate Stereolabs.com into Ouster.com.
• Agency Management: oversee external web agency partners with strict oversight on scope and budgets.
• In‑House CMS Management: use Sanity CMS to build and launch landing pages and assets.
