Job summary

SCAYLE is seeking an experienced IT project manager to lead complex replatforming initiatives in the US. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver on time and to SCAYLE standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT project management, strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and proven experience with enterprise customers and large service providers in e-commerce or SaaS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or similar experience.
• 5+ years in IT project management, ideally in e-commerce or SaaS.
• Proven experience managing enterprise customers and external service providers.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Solid understanding of e-commerce architectures, APIs, and MACH principles.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with complex platform migrations or replatforming projects; PM certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and steer complex replatforming projects independently.
• Manage System Integrators and external partners to meet SCAYLE standards.
• Ensure smooth connectivity and operation of customer environments post-go-live.
• Own project lifecycle from planning to rollout, including budget and resource management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations.
• Maintain transparent communication, progress tracking, and documentation throughout projects.
• Apply agile methods to drive timely decisions and efficient execution.
