SCAYLE seeks a senior product leader to partner with C-level executives to shape the product roadmap and translate client needs into actionable concepts. You will design end-to-end frontend and backend solutions, align cross-functional teams, and maintain focus by removing blockers to deliver high-quality features.

The role is ideal for someone who blends technical depth with strategic product thinking. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with top brands and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience delivering tech products for e-commerce retailers.
• Experience delivering client projects, ideally in an agency setting.
• Ability to dive deep into technical processes and create IT-architectures at a higher level.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear actions for the team.
• Experience managing external and senior internal stakeholders.
• You have a good eye for user flows and UX.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with C-level leadership to define the product roadmap and align features with business goals.
• Gather, clarify, and translate needs from internal teams and external client stakeholders into concrete technical concepts.
• Design end-to-end frontend and backend solutions blending system architecture, workflows, and UI designs.
• Lead sprint planning with cross-functional teams and coordinate feature implementation across departments.
• Protect the engineering team's focus by clearing blockers and guiding priorities.
• Review design mockups and validate that features meet high quality standards and client requirements.
