Job summary

Flywheel is seeking a Senior Commerce Specialist to lead a portfolio of accounts across major ecommerce platforms. You will blend retail optimization with media strategy to drive client ROI and growth.

Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Qualified candidates have 2–3+ years in ecommerce or digital marketing, strong PPC/DSP experience, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in ecommerce, client management, or data analysis.
• Strong background in paid search, DSP, or multi-channel strategy.
• Knowledge of ecommerce marketplaces and Amazon ads ecosystem.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolios and conduct strategic reviews across retail and media channels.
• Develop integrated retail and media strategies to maximize ROI and retention.
• Analyze marketplace and media data to identify opportunities and optimizations.
• Define optimal media channel mix and execute campaigns.
• Optimize product pages, metadata, and promotions.
• Create data-driven budgets, forecasts, and biweekly reports.
• Act as a subject matter expert on ecommerce platforms and retail media.
• Educate clients on best practices and integration of tactics.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams; mentor juniors.
