Job summary

Flywheel is seeking a Senior Commerce Specialist who will lead a portfolio of eCommerce accounts and blend retail optimization with media strategy to drive client ROI and company growth. You will manage relationships, develop integrated strategies, and mentor junior team members.

You will work across marketplaces like Amazon and others, analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and communicating insights to clients.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in eCommerce, client management, or data analysis.
• Strong background in paid search, DSP, or multi-channel media strategy.
• Deep knowledge of eCommerce marketplaces and Amazon ads.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; excellent communicator.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolios and conduct strategic reviews across retail and media channels.
• Develop and execute integrated retail and media strategies to maximize ROI.
• Analyze marketplace and media data to identify opportunities and optimizations.
• Define optimal media channel mix (Sponsored Ads, DSP, Video) and run campaigns.
• Optimize product pages, metadata, and promotional strategy.
• Create data-driven presentations, budgets, forecasts, and biweekly reports.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on eCommerce platforms and retail media.
• Educate clients on best practices and how tactics work together.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
• Mentor junior team members and identify process improvements.
