Job summary

Tandy Leather is seeking a Senior Manager, eCommerce Fulfillment to lead the team responsible for picking, packing and shipping online orders from our Benbrook, Texas distribution center. You will drive KPI performance, coach a large group of associates, and partner with IT, Marketing and Customer Service to ensure on-time, accurate order delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of warehouse supervision/management experience leading a sizeable team in a distribution/high-volume environment.
Proven record of coaching and developing teams to meet KPI targets in deadline-driven settings.
Experience with eCommerce fulfillment, parcel shipping operations, and peak-volume planning.

Responsibilities

Oversee picking, packing, and shipping of all eCommerce orders to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery from click to delivery.
Lead and support a team of eCommerce fulfillment associates; plan labor needs to match order volume and provide coaching to develop skills.
Ensure onboarding, safety training, and compliance with policies; motivate team to achieve productivity and quality goals.
Monitor KPIs such as pick accuracy, fill rate, time to ship, and cost per order; drive cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with IT, Web Merchandising, Marketing, and Customer Service to align promotions and order-volume expectations.
