Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Accountant for our e-commerce accounting team to own full-cycle online store accounting from orders to revenue, COGS, AR, cash application and reporting.

You will partner with Accounting, Operations, E-commerce, Supply Chain and IT to resolve reconciliation issues across SAP and related systems, while driving process improvements and strong internal controls.

Base pay ranges from $55 to $70 per hour, with medical, dental and vision benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Approximately 2–6 years of accounting experience, including inventory, revenue, order-to-cash, e-commerce, retail, or consumer product accounting.
• Strong general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, inventory, revenue and cash experience.
• Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems and with e-commerce platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle accounting for online store activity, including inventory, sales, COGS, AR, cash, refunds and related balance sheet accounts.
• Perform monthly and quarterly close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis and transaction completeness reviews.
• Reconcile inventory subledger activity to SAP, including receipts, transfers, adjustments and reserves.
• Support end-to-end order-to-cash processes: orders, fulfillment, billing, revenue recognition and cash application.
• Investigate system integrations and reconcile payment processor and bank activity to orders and SAP postings.
• Collaborate with Operations, E-commerce, Supply Chain, IT and Finance to ensure accurate accounting across systems.
