Job summary

Williams Companies seeks an E&C Project Manager III/Senior or Staff to lead large-scale oil and gas projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and profitability. You will assemble core teams, manage contractors, and deliver results aligned with corporate objectives and lifecycle processes.

The role requires strong technical mastery, strategic vision, and the ability to influence decisions across functions. Hybrid work arrangements are available for many office-based positions.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management with 5+ years in oil & gas project management.
• Master's degree and PMP/PE are preferred.
• PMP/PE or MS Project certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to implement complex project plans and programs.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners across lifecycle stages.
• Develop reports, schedules, and costing forecasts.
• Present recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure safety and adherence to engineering best practices.
