Job summary

Williams Companies is seeking an E&C Project Manager III/Senior or Staff in Tulsa, OK. You will lead multiple large-scale oil and gas projects, coordinating with internal and external teams, and delivering reliable, safe, and profitable outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in oil & gas PM, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and PMP/PE preferred. Travel up to 50% and hybrid work arrangements are common, with strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management; PMP/PE preferred.
• 5+ years’ oil & gas engineering/project management experience (III level).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team to implement complex project plans and programs.
• Coordinates with technical resources and external partners.
• Develops and implements project reports, schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Reviews supplier evaluations, RFPs, and contractor selection.
• Manages risk, effectiveness, and economic impact across the project lifecycle.
• Travel up to 50% for site and client engagements.
