Job summary

Williams is seeking an experienced E&C Project Manager Senior/Staff to lead mega-scale power infrastructure projects, coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable outcomes.

The role demands technical mastery, strategic vision, and the ability to drive executive-level updates, balancing technical complexity with business objectives in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management and minimum ten years of experience in oil and gas engineering/project management.
• PMP or PE certification is preferred; Microsoft Project certification is a plus.
• Experience leading large-scale power infrastructure projects and coordinating multiple engineering, procurement and construction partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to implement project plans for complex, large-scale energy projects.
• Manage projects from concept through completion with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Apply engineering and construction standards to design and integrate power generation systems and high‑voltage technologies.
