Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in oil & gas engineering/project management.
• Preferred PMP and/or PE certifications.
• Experience with pipeline and facility design, regulatory practices, and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional teams to deliver complex oil & gas projects.
• Coordinates resources using a structured lifecycle approach.
• Develops detailed reports, cost forecasts, and schedules for stakeholders.
• Prepares and reviews RFPs and contractor evaluations with compliance.
• Identifies risks early and applies root-cause analysis to mitigate issues.
• Designs solutions to maximize economic value and performance.
• Manages small-to-moderate scope projects with focus on quality and deadlines.
